DESCRIPTION:Location: Waterstone Outdoors (meet-up location) Address: 101 East Wiseman Ave\, Fayetteville\, WV 25840\, Fayette County When: March 22 at 4pm About This Event: Join us for an exciting afternoon of rock climbing hosted by Active SWV and Waterstone Outdoors! Whether you're new to climbing or looking to get back on the rock\, this session offers a supportive environment and expert guidance to help you challenge yourself and have fun. What to Expect: A community climbing experience suitable for all skill levels Professional instruction and safety guidance A welcoming\, beginner-friendly atmosphere How to Prepare: Wear flexible\, athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes Bring water\, snacks\, and sun protection Climbing gear will be provided\, but you may bring your own if you have it Meet at Waterstone Outdoors at 4:00 PM for gear check and directions to the climbing site\n***If you are having trouble registering for this program\, the event is likely FULL and we cannot accommodate additional participants. Get Active in the Park is an innovative partnership between the National Park Service and Active Southern West Virginia. Trained Community Captains deliver free\, beginner-level instructional programs to the New River Gorge region. Get Active in the Park empowers our community to see outdoor spaces as a place for health and wellness to take place.
