What to Expect: Indoor walking in a safe\, comfortable setting A welcoming\, social atmosphere for all participants A flexible pace walk at a speed that feels right for you How to Prepare: Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing Bring water to stay hydrated Arrive a few minutes early to sign in and meet the group Registration to any Active SWV free programming indicates acceptance of our liability waiver for every adult and child attending.
