Stand Up Paddle Boarding

1. Must be able to access the put in area

2. Must be able to communicate with the volunteer by yourself or through a person attending with you.  Must be willing to indicate when part of the activity is uncomfortable or unattainable. 

3. Must be able to receive instruction and communication from the volunteer leader either by yourself or through a person attending with you. 

4. Must be able to create a closed airway (hold breath) in or under water.

5. Must be able to hold head above water in the event of falling in with the assistance of a personal flotation device.
