Join our REFIT Beckley team for an outdoor extravaganza, workout experience! This program will be outside at Grandview National Park, shelter number 4. REFIT® Revolution is a worldwide fitness experience, with inspiring workouts set to music, meant to change your body, mind and soul. REFIT Beckley | Beckley WV | Facebook REFIT® is known for creating strong communities and an uplifting environment. The workouts are beginner friendly, and allow you to choose your level of challenge. This makes REFIT® perfect for any fitness ability. Active SWV offers free REFIT® classes virtually and in-person. It is our expectation for larger groups of children ( e.g. Scouts, youth groups, etc ), that an adult to child ratio of 1 adult to 5 children be observed in ages 5 and under, and 1 adult to 10 children be observed for ages 5 and above. More event details:  

Workout from 9-10:30, Brunch fellowship following that. Outdoor games we and playground for the kids.  And weather permitting we hope to take in the overlook and maybe some of the trails later that afternoon. Brunch will be simple sandwich, fruits, veggies.
